44 Apartments in Monark are available for KiwiBuild buyers. These selected apartments are priced from $450,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and $500,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. You must be registered and eligible for KiwiBuild to take up this opportunity.

Update on Sales Process.

There's been a lot of interest from people keen to buy one of the first KiwiBuild homes in Wellington, at the Monark apartments in Mt Cook.

To make it fair, we've decided to hold a ballot. That means everyone will have an equal chance to buy one of these one- and two-bedroom KiwiBuild homes.

The ballot will open on Wednesday, July 31st 2019 and close on Monday, August 12^th 2019 at midnight. We'll email you a link to the ballot when it opens next week.

Before you can enter the ballot, you'll need to confirm that you're an eligible KiwiBuild buyer and be registered with KiwiBuild. You can do that here.
